Businesses that sign up for a Gulf Coast Radar page agree to provide accurate information about their business, including hours, services, and contact details. CyberCheck reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these Terms or is determined to be inaccurate or harmful.
Booking requests submitted through our platform are subject to confirmation by the individual business. CyberCheck is not a party to transactions between users and businesses. Payment disputes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the individual business's policies.
By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form, you consent to receive text messages from CyberCheck LLC. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for full details.
All content, design, trademarks, and code on our platform are the property of CyberCheck LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without our express written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Business listings and hours are provided by businesses and may not always be current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberCheck LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberCheck LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
